  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 can 15 oz chili (with or without beans, based on preference)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
