  • 1 packet of taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons of homemade seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or a vegan cheese alternative
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 jalapeƱo sliced (optional for added spice)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or vegan sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
