  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional for a cheesy flavor
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for extra heat
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas or tofu optional for protein
