Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk almond, oat, or regular
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Ice cubes if needed, for a thicker consistency

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and make sure your fruit is frozen. If using fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes to maintain a cold and thick texture.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk; if it’s too thin, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
  • Give your smoothie a quick taste test. If you’d like it sweeter, add a little more honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of granola, and enjoy immediately!
